Superly Optimized is distributed “as-is” for players who want improved performance and quality-of-life enhancements while preserving a vanilla Minecraft experience. We provide the modpack and documentation for convenience and educational use only.
By using this modpack you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume all risk associated with its use.
We make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding the modpack, its contents, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we test the pack to improve stability, we cannot guarantee it will work on every system or configuration.
Use at your own risk. Always back up your Minecraft saves and .minecraft folder before installing or modifying files.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors, contributors, and distributors of Superly Optimized shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the modpack. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, lost profits, system failures, or other damages.
Superly Optimized is a curated collection of third-party Fabric mods. Each included mod remains the copyright of its respective author(s) and is subject to its original license (MIT, BSD, GPL, CC, or custom mod license).
We do not relicense third-party content. If a mod’s license requires attribution, redistribution terms, or other obligations, those obligations remain in effect when you use or redistribute the pack.
You may use Superly Optimized for personal use and public gameplay, including multiplayer servers and streams, provided you follow the licenses of included mods and do not remove required attributions.

The Superly Optimized installer and auto-update mechanisms are provided for convenience. They may modify files in the Minecraft directory (mods, configs, resourcepacks). Always back up important files before running installers.
Note: Automatic updates may overwrite local edits. If you heavily customize configs, consider disabling auto-update or backing up your config folder.
Superly Optimized itself does not collect personal data. Some included mods or launcher platforms may include optional telemetry or crash reporting — these are governed by the respective mod/launcher privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies before enabling telemetry features.
All third-party trademarks (e.g., Mojang, Fabric, Modrinth) remain the property of their owners. Use of these names in documentation is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
